We are hiring a multi-functional Operations Executive who will handle backend coordination, data reporting (MIS), and recruitment support. This is a high-impact role requiring strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Operations & Coordination

• Coordinate with Project Managers for daily updates and reporting
• Track project progress, delays, and completion status
• Ensure timely submission of field reports
• Follow up rigorously to maintain reporting discipline

Backend & Data Management

• Clean and validate incoming field data
• Maintain structured databases and trackers
• Support basic automation (Google Sheets / tools)
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems

Recruitment & Hiring Support

• Screen resumes based on defined criteria
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
• Maintain candidate pipeline and hiring trackers
• Ensure fast turnaround for hiring requirements

🧠 Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Excel / Google Sheets
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong follow-up and coordination ability
• Good communication skills (English + local language preferred)

⭐ Good to Have

• Experience in operations / construction / field execution industries
• Experience with dashboards (Power BI / Data Studio)

💰 Salary Band

• ₹20,000/Month – ₹25,000/Month (negotiable based on experience and skill level)
• Performance-based increments every 12 months (Exceptional performance will be eligible for midterm increments too)

• Hiring coordination turnaround (Target: within 48 hours)

• Completeness of data across all projects (Target: 100% coverage)
• Ability to highlight actionable insights weekly

5. Recruitment Efficiency

• Number of qualified candidates shortlisted per role
• Interview-to-selection conversion ratio
