Salary Range: Upto 22K CTC +Incentives

Timings : Rotational Shift ( Rotational Off)


Job Description:

We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals to join our team as Delivery Executives. As a Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for delivering food orders promptly to our customers while providing excellent customer service. This position requires a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  1. Pickup food orders from designated restaurants and deliver them to customers in a timely manner.
  2. Navigate efficiently through assigned delivery routes using GPS or maps.
  3. Ensure the safe transportation of food orders, adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
  4. Verify order accuracy before delivery and handle cash transactions if required.
  5. Provide courteous and professional customer service during deliveries.
  6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery bags and equipment.
  7. Report any issues or concerns encountered during deliveries to the supervisor.
  8. Follow company procedures and protocols for delivery operations.
  9. Uphold food safety standards and ensure the integrity of delivered orders.
  10. Work collaboratively with restaurant partners and fellow delivery executives to optimize delivery processe
