Job Description

Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce warehouse, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to manage inbound and outbound shipments.
Implement and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
Monitor order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
Collaborate with the customer service team to address and resolve order-related issues.
Analyze warehouse performance metrics and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Support the implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technologies to enhance operations.
