Job Description

  • Resolve customer queries within the turnaround time (TAT) and ensure a smooth claims process.
  • Provide information and respond to customers’ claim-related queries.
  • Coordinate with customers and agents for cashless claim settlements.
  • Work with internal teams (enrollment, account management, claims, investigation, support) to settle claims.
  • Prepare and manage monthly and weekly internal reports (8 reports, all manually managed).
  • Prepare daily annexures (5 annexures, 70% managed manually).
  • Manage daily activities in coordination with the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and support other team members.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for error logs.
  • Coordinate with the inward team for claim receiving and registration.
  • Allocate new claims to the processing team for action.
  • Liaise with the enrollment team to register policies for cashless and reimbursement claims.
  • Coordinate with regional agents and customers for claim-related queries and settlements (cashless/reimbursement).
  • Answer incoming calls from customers, agents, and internal teams.
  • Track all customer queries with claim numbers and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Coordinate with the cashless/pre-authorization team to ensure timely cashless approvals and provide claim status updates.
  • Explain query letters and settlement letters to customers and agents.
  • Send requests for raising SCR, reopening denied claims, uploading annexures for payment, confirming payment status, and ensuring reopened claims are processed.
  • Arrange documents from customers in regional languages if needed.
  • Explain required documents to customers and agents for claims under query.
  • Visit SBIG branch offices weekly to maintain relationships and resolve issues.
  • Respond daily on the Karnataka WhatsApp group.
