What this job involves:

Role to support Regional finance manager, in managing client budget management, reporting, billing etc.,

• Manage Month end process – including review ME reconciliations, monthly accruals and coordinate to client AP team to meet client deliverables
• Manage monthly, quarterly client reporting requirements
• Annual budget is prepared as per client requirements
• Client forecasts is prepared on monthly
• Track monthly spend (Budget vs Actuals) and variance analyses are prepared & shared with team
• JLL monthly accruals are prepared & submitted to Country finance team
• Prepare finance report for monthly operations review
• Support Finance lead in preparing JLL Plan
• Client invoice/billing - ensure monthly revenue invoices are prepared & submitted to client
• Tracking and monitoring the accounts receivable ensuring timely cashflow
• Work with Regional Finance Lead to maintain all necessary guidelines and manuals associated with the client finance process
• Provide finance related knowledge sharing / training to new hire Ops team

• Education – Commerce graduate or any finance related degree
• Experience – 5+ years in finance area – MIS reporting, P&L and other Finance report analysis, Budget Planning etc.,
• Skill – MS Excel, Power point, Finance tools – JD Edwards  / Tally etc.,
