Finance Business Mgmt Associate Director

Job Summary: 

The Market Service Finance Lead will drive action-oriented analytics, insight and business advisory to the Market Service Business Leader, Market CFO, and Global Service CFO.  The role will cover end to end P&L management, closely partnering with the business and other corporate functions to drive action to sustain profitable growth.      

Key Functions:

You will be part of the Market Finance team, working directly with Market CFO, Global Service CFO, and supervise the Market Service Finance team. 

You will -

•            Support the Services Market Leadership team with analytics and insights on sustainable profitable growth across the Market through its strategic priorities

•            Contribute to strategic decision making as a trusted advisor. Proactively maximize our Finance advisory role partnering with business to drive value through actionable solutions based in an impactful Storytelling.

•            Demonstrate strong business knowledge in driving sustainable revenue growth while optimizing profitability liaising with the other Finance teams and the business to drive actions and outcomes in an agile approach

•            Analyze and drive actions on pricing and cost to serve levers for margin expansion YoY, monitor and help drive YoY improvements in Won margins and COPQ

•            Anticipate and focus on predictability based on actuals analysis with high integration and collaboration with finance teams across Market Units as well as with global finance teams.

•            Partner closely with Sales Excellence to understand the quality and composition of the pipeline, so that our pipeline and sales are in line with the broader strategy to drive sustained profitable growth.
