Position: Front-End Supervisor / Shift Incharge

Location: Jayanagar


About the Role

Front-End Supervisor / Shift Incharge oversees the daily operations of the café during assigned shifts. This role ensures smooth customer service, staff coordination, cash handling, and adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, responsible, and able to lead a team with confidence.
