1 Sourcing candidates from filed , various job portals and social media etc 2 Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/databases, social media etc 3 Screen candidates resumes and job applications as per client criteria 4 Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule 5 Providing selected candidates documents to Back end team for onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated 6 Fallowing up with selected candidates to make sure they complete the initial training sessions 7 Controlling the early attrition of new joiners 8 Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process 9.
