Rotational off- monday/tuesday

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide timely interview updates.

• Assist in onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.

• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain recruitment records.

• Promote the company's employer brand to attract quality candidates.

• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable labor laws.

• Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate databases.
