Job Description
Job Title: Human Resource Recruiter with hospital experience only
Experience: 7-10 years (apply only with hospital experience)
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive, experienced HR Executive only from a healthcare background to establish and manage HR functions from scratch. The role involves setting up SOPs, policies, and handling day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Setup & SOP Development
- Design and implement HR SOPs for recruitment, onboarding, payroll, attendance, and exit processes
- Develop HR policies, employee handbook, and compliance frameworks
- Standardize documentation and HR workflows
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end hiring (sourcing to onboarding)
- Post jobs on platforms like Apna, LinkedIn, Naukri
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with departments
- Employee Onboarding & Lifecycle Management
- Handle joining formalities and documentation
- Conduct employee induction and orientation
- Maintain employee records and HR database
- Attendance, Payroll & Compliance
- Manage attendance tracking and leave records
- Coordinate payroll processing with finance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, etc.)
- Performance & Employee Engagement
- Assist in setting KPIs and performance review systems
- Plan engagement activities and employee initiatives
- Address employee concerns and build a positive work culture
- Handle resignation process, exit interviews, and full & final settlement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s / Masters degree in HR / Business Administration
- Strong understanding of HR processes and SOP creation
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a new setup environment
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and compliance
- Preferred Skills: Experience in setting up HR processes from scratch
- Familiarity with HRMS tools (Zoho, Keka, etc.)
- Problem-solving and adaptability in a growing organization
