As a Investment Manager in the real estate sector at Square Yards ,you will play a vital role in driving our sales success. You will leverage your technical and industry knowledge to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions that showcase the value of our offerings. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between our sales and technical teams, ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact through to successful deal closure.

*Key Responsibilities:*

•⁠ ⁠- Make outbound calls to potential clients using a provided list.

•⁠ ⁠Introduce and explain the benefits of our projects to potential clients.

•⁠ ⁠Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified prospects.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM system.

•⁠ ⁠Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and provide any necessary information.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to sales consultation.

*Qualifications:*
