Work on open positions from different clients Work on sourcing candidate profiles from various databases like Naukri, LinkedIn and any other sources of candidate profiles including exploring individual candidate connects as well. Helping define and execute local sourcing strategies to attract tech talent and nurture candidates while in the pipeline. Act as a gatekeeper for TalenDroid culture, promoting our values and mission and ensuring we hire candidates who fit with our and our client’s culture. Promoting recruitment best practices and knowledge sharing inside the team. Develop strong relationships with candidates and with Hiring Managers to achieve the best compliance to give a top-notch candidate experience during the process and promote hiring manager satisfaction. Be a hands-on recruitment consultant and a go-getter who believes in no obstacles or boundaries and demonstrate leadership and end to end ownership. The Ideal Candidate Must: Have 3-8 years’ experience in IT recruitment, experience in Digital Technology hiring is preferred Passionate about technology & proven track record working in Technology organizations. Collaborative nature but thrives within a fast-paced and competitive environment. Demonstrate leadership skills and someone who takes complete ownership of job at hand in-spite of hurdles & constraints. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Show resilience, energy, and eagerness to learn. Be fluent in English, spoken and written.
