As a Lead Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in building and supporting compelling, interactive applications that will solve key business problems. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the development and enhancement of our business applications.

Collaboration is an essential aspect of this role, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to new team initiatives. We value results and performance, and we expect you to bring a driven attitude with a strong sense of accountability. You should excel in providing innovative ideas, recommendations, and creative solutions to drive the progress of our sprint cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, design, and implementation of business applications.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and transform them into scalable solutions.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve application development processes and tools.

• Mentor and guide software engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

• Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.

Experience & Education

• Masters/Bachelor’s degree in any stream. 

• 10+ years’ experience in software development using dotnet core, frontend, Azure cloud.

• Strong foundation in variety of development methodologies.

• Excellent communication and demonstration skills.

Technical Skills & Competencies

• Has strong experience with product development as software engineer.

• Strong in Azure cloud services like AKS, APIM, App services, Functions, blob storage.

• Experience on React JS, JavaScript, HTML, Gulp or Webpack.

• Very strong on dotnet core web API, ASP.NET and razor view component.

• Excellent on event driven programing using Azure event hub, service bus or Kafka infrastructure.

• Should have experience on Agile using Scrum.

• Strong infrastructure knowledge like Okta, firewall, Akamai, reverse proxy.

• Experience on SQL server optimization, performance enhancements.

• Good to have no SQL knowledge on Cassandra, Monga, Yuga byte.
