Be a thought partner to the measurement organization, with the goal of helping to deliver a new measurement system for MCC. Gathers, interprets, and uses complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve results. Enable Geo, Business Unit & Campaign leaders to have clarity on performance, and gaps through the reporting system around defined outcomes, return on investment, and successfully builds networks and vehicles to standardize and socialize MCC value

Your responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to:
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Growth mindset and agile with continuous innovation and optimization mentality
- Business acumen and strategic thinking with strong communication skills
- Engage as an independent professional
- Ability to articulate and compare alternatives approaches
- Knowledge of marketing tech stack, data systems and digital analytics (good to have)
- Technically skilled to work with complex datasets and relational databases using SQL/Python/R or other query tools to process and analyze data
- Experience with Cognos / Tableau / Power BI or other data visualization tools to facilitate flexible analysis of business performance and associated root causes
- Deep critical thinking skills and curiosity to pursue open-ended problems via data
- Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate complicated analyses to non-technical employees and leadership
- Business acumen with the ability to develop data-driven business recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Solid understanding of statistics and other data science techniques a plus
