Job Description

Job Title: Design Engineer (Mechanical)Qualification:

  • BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in design engineering
  • Job Responsibilities:Create 2D drawings and 3D models using design software like AutoCAD, SolidWorks
  • Prepare detailed manufacturing drawings and BOM (Bill of Materials)
  • Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure design feasibility
  • Modify and improve existing designs based on requirements
  • Ensure designs meet industry standards and safety regulations
  • Support project execution and resolve design-related issues
  • Maintain proper documentation of all design files and revisions
  • Required Skills:Good knowledge of AutoCAD / SolidWorks
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes (sheet metal, machining, fabrication)
  • Basic knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
