Job Description

Office Management:

       Supervise administrative staff and allocate tasks to ensure smooth operations.

       Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder as necessary to support daily activities.

       Oversee facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, and office security.


   Administrative Support:

       Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.

       Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports as needed.

       Serve as the point of contact for external stakeholders, clients, and vendors.


   Process Improvement:

       Identify inefficiencies in administrative processes and implement solutions to streamline workflow and increase productivity.

       Develop and update administrative policies and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulations.

       Review invoices and expense reports

for accuracy and approve payments in accordance with budgetary guidelines.


   HR Administration:

       Coordinate administrative aspects of the hiring process, such as posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.

       Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.


   Event Coordination:

       Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistical arrangements and catering services.

       Assist in the execution of special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.


Qualifications:


   Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field.

   Proven experience in administrative management or similar role.

   Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.

   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.

   Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

   Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience in budget management.

   Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
