Job Description
Pentagon Elevators is seeking a responsible and organized Office Administrator to manage daily administrative operations and support smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple administrative and coordination tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Maintain employee attendance and records
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic billing documents
- Maintain office files, contracts, and project documents
- Coordinate with technicians and site teams
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
- Maintain office supplies and vendor coordination
- Prepare reports using MS Excel
