Job Description
- Physical Classroom Preparation: The Online Management Team oversees the arrangement and readiness of the physical classroom, ensuring that writing materials, seating, and teaching aids are properly set up for optimal learning. Ready for use at least 30 minutes prior to the class commencement.
- Equipment Readiness: Ensure that all necessary equipment, including pens, iPads, laptops, and pendrives for backup, are prepared, checked, and functional. Ready for use at least 30 minutes prior to the class commencement.
- LMS Platform & Online Class Preparation: Handle the setup of courses on the LMS platform, making certain that the online platform, including the recording feature, is functional Ready for use at least 30 minutes prior to the class commencement.
- Edit Management Class Commencement and Recording: The Class Coordinator start the class and enables the recording feature.
- T Day Class Conclusion and Recording Saving: The Class Coordinator concludes the class and ensures the recording is saved correctly.
- T Day Editing: The team edits the videos, ensuring high quality and coherence.
- T + 3 Days Video Upload: Edited video is prepared and uploaded on the ArivuPro platform.
- T Order Management Books Delivery Management: Online Team checks the Books order daily and prints sets for dispatch to students All Books for dispatching within 1 day
- Reporting & Analysis Comprehensive Reporting: Detailed reports encompassing class conduction and recording, video editing and uploading are compiled and sent to the management- Today’s Class Operation Report, Yesterday’s Video Editing Report , Book Delivery Report All the reports to be submitted everyday
