Location: Bangalore

Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation

Good Command over English and Communication Skills written and oral, Team Handling, and Account Management. Added knowledge of the payroll process in the GreytHR tool.

Ø Migration (Transition) Complete study of the client requirement, prepare Process flows of their reporting system, prepare of detailed flow chart of the tables to be updated for different reporting system and Auditing the Clients books of accounts/studying their existing software (if any) for better understanding of the system. Preparation of reports, on the existing system of working and the additional expectations to be met.

Ø Getting the Attendance Inputs from Clients / HR

Ø Validating and Processing the Payroll as per the Input Cycle.

Ø Sending queries if any clarification is needed on inputs

Ø Internal processing with reconciliation of inputs like new joiners, Resignees, Revision of Salary, Incentives, Bonus and etc.

Ø Sending reports to Clients

Ø Statutory filing for clients & sending to concerned Departments

Ø Has to know to prepare the CTC

Ø Generating various payroll reports such as – Master Payroll Report, Gross Earnings Report, Net Pay Report, Statutory Deductions Report, Reconciliation Report, YTD Payroll Report etc.

Ø Validate and submit all the Statutory Compliance for Clients. Prepare Year End Report by the end of the year.

Finalizing all Statutory Compliance

Ø    All Reconciliation of Pay Register with the Statutory Payments.

Ø    Reconciliation of Pay Register with the Statutory Payments, Preparation and Filing of Form 24Q, Form 26Q, Form 24 and Form 26 for the Income Tax Department and Consolidation of Data and MIS report generation for Indian Clients.
