Providing support and reassurance to patients, taking into account their physical and psychological needs. Ensuring that equipment is regularly checked for malfunctions and any faults are reported. Responding to telephone enquiries relating to patients, lab requests, x- rays , prescription requests etc. Co-ordinating appointments for specialist referrals, x-rays lab testing etc and conveying pertinent instructions and information to the patient.
