Responsibilities:
- Assess clients’ physical condition, mobility, fitness level, posture and movement patterns.
- Develop individualized treatment / exercise / rehabilitation plans aligned with wellness / weight-loss / mobility goals.
- Conduct physiotherapy sessions (manual therapy, exercise therapy, mobility training) to improve clients’ strength, reduce pain, enhance movement.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly; maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with dietitians, doctors, wellness-coaches and other team members to deliver holistic client care.
- Ensure treatment area is safe, professional and client-friendly, adhering to clinic protocols and hygiene standards.
Skills / Attributes Required:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills – able to interact with clients, motivate and guide them.
- Able to design tailored programmes for target groups (wellness/weight loss/fitness) rather than only standard protocols.
- Commitment to client-outcomes, detail-oriented record-keeping, and multi-disciplinary teamwork.
- Freshers may be considered if enthusiastic about wellness/fitness domain.
