- 1. Store OperationsAssist in day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor opening and closing procedures
- Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards
- 2. Team ManagementSupervise and guide store staff (cashiers, pickers, helpers)
- Allocate duties and manage shift schedules
- Train new employees and monitor performance
- 3. Sales & Customer ServiceEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations
- Support in achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- 4. Inventory ManagementMonitor stock levels and ensure product availability
- Coordinate with warehouse and suppliers
- Reduce shrinkage, damages, and wastage
- 5. Billing & Cash HandlingSupervise billing counters and cashier activities
- Ensure proper cash handling and daily reconciliation
- Monitor POS systems
- 6. Compliance & ReportingEnsure compliance with company policies and SOPs
- Maintain daily reports (sales, attendance, stock)
- Assist Store Leader in audits and inspections
