1. Job DescriptionConduct structured classes for children with special needs as per individual learning levels.
2. Adapt teaching methods and materials to suit different developmental abilities.
3. Maintain a calm, safe, and supportive classroom environment.
4. Track student progress and share updates with the Centre Head and parents.
5. Implement basic behaviour management strategies as guided by the centre.
6. Coordinate with therapists to support overall child development.
7. Prepare and maintain teaching aids, worksheets, and classroom materials.
8. Maintain attendance records, documentation, and follow professional standards of punctuality and discipline.
