Job Description
Assembly: Assemble lithium-ion battery modules and packs following technical drawings and SOPs.
Testing: Perform voltage, resistance, and capacity testing using multimeters and computerized diagnostic tools.
Quality Control: Inspect cells for physical defects and ensure all connections (welding/bolting) meet conductivity standards.
Soldering & Welding: Operate spot welding machines or laser welding equipment for cell interconnection.
Safety: Strictly adhere to high-voltage safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
Maintenance: Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on assembly line machinery.
