Job Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Engineer with expertise in Machine Tooling industry for our Bangalore Office. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating leads, cultivating client relationships, and providing technical solutions to meet customer needs. This role requires a strong technical background, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Identify and qualify sales leads through market research, networking and customer referrals.

·        Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in manufacturing companies to understand their machine (CNC / VMC) service requirements.

·        Conduct technical assessments and presentations to demonstrate the value of our service offerings.

·        Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

·        Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue targets.

·        Provide supports to current / existing clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

·        Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to remain competitive in the market.

Utilize sales software to maintain sales activities, track leads and generate reports for management review.
