Sales Executive

The Sales Consultant is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by understanding customer needs, promoting Triumph motorcycles and accessories, and achieving sales targets. The role involves end-to-end sales activities including enquiry handling, test ride coordination, product demonstration, documentation, and post-sales follow-up.

• Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist walk-in customers and handle online / phone enquiries professionally
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Triumph motorcycles
• Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and finance options clearly
• Arrange and coordinate test rides following company guidelines
• Negotiate and close sales while meeting monthly targets
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up leads in CRM
• Support documentation for booking, invoicing, insurance, and registration
• Promote accessories, riding gear, and extended warranty products
• Ensure showroom display standards and brand guidelines are maintained
• Conduct post-delivery follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and marketing activities
