We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive who is a self-starter, highly motivated, and technologically savvy.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives to promote our products/services and expand our customer base. Our Target Customers are Educational Institutions and Corporates seeking Mental health support.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
• Identify and target potential customers through various channels including cold calling, networking events, social media, and digital marketing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services

Qualification:

• Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the Education sector
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively influence decision-makers
• Strong understanding of inclusive education principles, practices, and challenges, with a genuine commitment to promoting equitable access to education for all learners
• Self-motivated and driven with a passion for achieving targets and delivering results
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
