INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales & Marketing Interns to support business growth through lead generation, client acquisition, market research, and brand promotion activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to both field sales and strategic marketing functions in the renewable energy domain.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, networking, and digital platforms
- Support client acquisition in renewable energy, EPC, and electrical infrastructure projects
- Maintain and track sales pipeline, leads, and conversions
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and commercial summaries
2. Marketing & Brand Promotion:
- Support execution of marketing campaigns (online & offline)
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and pitch decks
- Conduct competitor analysis and market positioning studies
- Promote company services through digital platforms and direct outreach
3. Client Interaction & Relationship Management
- Communicate with prospective clients, contractors, and consultants
- Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and site visits
- Support senior team during client presentations and negotiations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
4. Market Research & Field Analysis:
- Conduct research on ongoing and upcoming projects in Bangalore
- Gather field-level insights on pricing, competitors, and customer needs
- Analyze demand trends and prepare structured reports
5. Coordination & Reporting:
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for project inputs
- Maintain proper documentation of leads, meetings, and reports
- Prepare daily/weekly activity and performance reports
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Mandatory SkillsStrong communication and presentation skills
- Good negotiation and convincing ability
- Confidence in client-facing roles
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts
- Preferred SkillsKnowledge of renewable energy or power sector
- Familiarity with Bangalore market (real estate, EPC, infrastructure)
- Understanding of sales funnels and lead conversion
- Technical SkillsProficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to create professional presentations and reports
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and digital communication platforms
ELIGIBILITY BBA / BBM / B.Com / MBA / PGDM (Marketing / Business Development / Energy)
OR
Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Electrical or related fields)
- Final-year students or recent graduates preferred
- Candidates with strong interest in sales & marketing may also apply

INTERNSHIP STRUCTURE & COMPENSATION:
For Students (3–6 Months)1st Month: Unpaid Training
- Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000/month (post training)
- Incentives: Performance-based
- Allowances: Up to ₹3,000
- Certification & Recommendation (after 3 months)
For Graduates (6–12 Months | PPO Eligible)1st Month: Unpaid Training
- Stipend: Up to ₹10,000/month (post training)
- Incentives + Allowances
- PPO Opportunity: Up to ₹4 LPA (based on performance)
