About the role

JLL, an international real estate management company, is seeking a Business Analyst to join our JLL Technologies Team.  We are seeking candidates that are self-starters who can work in a diverse and fast-paced environment. We are looking for a candidate to play a critical role in driving our company's growth and success by analyzing and translating complex business requirements into actionable insights and strategies. This role is responsible for gathering, documenting, and communicating business needs as well as providing valuable recommendations to improve operational efficiency and drive decision-making across various business units.

 
Responsibilities 

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, procedures, and systems to identify areas of improvement and recommend innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into clear and concise functional specifications.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring project milestones are met and stakeholders are kept informed of progress.
• Conduct research, data analysis, and benchmarking to identify industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to support decision-making.
• Perform in-depth analysis of large and complex data sets using advanced analytical tools and techniques.
• Create and deliver insightful reports, presentations, and visualizations that effectively communicate complex information to various stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of business processes, systems, and data.
• Support and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to ensure successful implementation of business solutions.
• Provide day-to-day support to business users, troubleshoot system issues, and provide efficient and effective resolutions.
• Identify and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

Experience & Education 

At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience is desired.

Having a Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information Systems from a reputed University 

Strong computer science fundamentals. 

Strong in communications with business stakeholders:  

Requires strong ability to communicate and manage stakeholders, and to drive collaboration between the business team and the various project teams including application support teams, network teams, database teams, and storage and server teams across the regions. 

Excellent technical, analytical, and organizational skills. 

Effective written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing. 

Technical Skills & Competencies 

• ETL knowledge
• SQL knowledge

• Tableau Knowledge
• Support:  

• Ability to identify critical system health issue and flag them for discussion and resolution. 

• Constantly questioning due to fluid processes and complexity of environment. 
• Proven experience in common support activities including 

• User Management 
• Access management 
• Object management (folder, connections, rules etc..) 

• Backing up the repositories 
• Code migration across multiple environments  
• Performance diagnosis/improvement  
• Ability to handle and co-ordinate Sev1 tickets
