Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design process from concept development to final implementation.

3. Develop and present design concepts, including mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings, to clients and stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is realized during the construction phase.
5. Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with the design concept and meet project requirements.
6. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
7. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and interns.
8. Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to inform design decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
