As a Women In-Store Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:


In-Store Promotion and Sales:

-      Engaging customers within supermarkets to promote our FMCG brands and products

-      Demonstrating product features and benefits to potential customers

-      Actively encouraging sales through effective communication and persuasion techniques


Merchandising:

-      Ensuring proper placement and visibility of our products within the supermarket

-      Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with store managers for replenishment

-      Implementing promotional displays and signage to attract customer attention.


Relationship Building:

-      Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with supermarket staff and managers.

-      Collaborating with store personnel to optimize product placement and promotional activities.

-      Addressing any customer inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner.


Market Intelligence:

-      Gathering feedback from customers and store staff regarding product preferences and competitor activities

-      Reporting market trends and insights to the sales manager for strategic planning purposes


Requirements:


-      Experience in in-store sales, preferably within the FMCG industry.

-      Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.

-      Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

-      Excellent communication and presentation skills.

-      Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to work independently.

-      Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

-      Must be fluent in English and Kannada.
