Location: #2566, 3rd Floor, 16th B cross, HIG, 'B' sector, Bus Stop Road, Yelahanka Newtown Bangalore - 560064 Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Company Development and Research Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting the development of business strategies, conducting market research, and assisting in the implementation of growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a passion for research, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities. Analyze data from various sources and compile reports on findings. Monitor and report on industry developments and innovations. Business Development Support: Assist in the identification and evaluation of new business opportunities. Support the development of business plans, proposals, and presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for strategic initiatives. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision-making. Prepare detailed reports, charts, and presentations to communicate research findings. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts. Strategic Planning: Support the development and execution of company growth strategies. Assist in the formulation of strategic recommendations based on research and analysis. Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to brainstorming and idea generation. Project Management: Coordinate and manage specific projects related to company development and research. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the business development team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing files. Handle correspondence and communication with external partners and stakeholders. Maintain up-to-date records of research materials and business development activities. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in market research, business development, or a related field. Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and research tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in conducting primary and secondary research. Familiarity with CRM software and market analysis tools.
