The Tele calling Executive will engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner to understand their needs and preferences regarding property. Responsibilities:

Contact customers using the provided contact numbers to inquire about their property search requirements.

Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Understand customers' needs and preferences regarding property.

Guide customers in their property search and provide information about available properties.

Assist customers in the process of buying property, providing guidance and support as needed.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telecalling or customer service role.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of real estate industry and property market trends (preferred).

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
