Responsible for contacting customers who have rented electric two-wheelers and ensuring timely weekly rent collection. The role involves regular follow-ups, maintaining payment records, resolving basic customer queries, and coordinating with the operations team for any payment delays or issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for weekly rent collection
Send payment reminders and follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of collections and pending dues
Address customer queries related to payments
Escalate overdue or default cases to the concerned team
Build positive customer relationships to ensure smooth collections
Requirements:
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Ability to handle customers professionally
Prior telecalling or collections experience preferred
