Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the real estate industry. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts, generating leads, and converting potential clients into satisfied homeowners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our real estate services and properties.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and effective communication.
  • Provide detailed information about available properties, pricing, and features to potential buyers.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties based on their needs.
  • Schedule property visits and coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless process.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.
  • Stay updated with market trends, property developments, and industry news to provide clients with relevant information.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
