Job Title: Telesales Executive – Education Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to guide prospective students through our education programs. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, counselling students over calls, and converting inquiries into admissions.

• Contact potential and existing students via phone calls.
• Explain courses, programs, and career opportunities clearly.
• Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses.
• Follow up regularly with interested candidates to convert leads.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and student data.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students.
• Requirements:Any graduate (MBA/BBA preferred but not mandatory).
• 0–3 years of experience in telesales / education counselling.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
