Job Description
Candidates should have knowledge of accounting software, Responsibilities of candidates include: Should have knowledge of Cloud based accounting software such as Quickbooks, Zoho Books etc., Preparation of Sales Invoices Reconciling Invoices with Payments received from Customers. (Razorpay, Courier Partners, Direct Deposit to bank Etc.,) Processing Employee reimbursement and voucher accounting Deducting TDS on Vendor Invoices. Knowledge of filing GST Return and Reconciliation with Books of accounts. Basic knowledge on accounting for Import Purchases. Shall be responsible for Maintaining Sales Register Shall be responsible for Maintaining Incoming Invoices Shall be responsible for Filing and Maintaining Documents with sufficient Care Shall be responsible for Coordinating with other departments to make sure all Sales Invoices are dispatched on timely manner and payments received from customers are updated on real time basis.
