Job Description
Experience : 1 to 3 years Education : B.Com / Any Graduate Location : Bangalore - Domlur Reporting to : Officer - Admin Responsibilities and Duties: • Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees • Supervision of house-keeping staff, security staff, and other admin staff • Ensuring effective rendering of admin services including facilities, office equipment, pest control, mineral water, AC service etc for smooth day to day admin operations • Allocation of desks, storage space, ID cards to new joiners as well as existing employees • Keeping records and maintaining tracker for high moving items and MIS for Admin related expenses • Procurement of office-related supplies as per budget • Monthly vendor bill collection, scrutiny, and submission to finance for payment • Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment, appliances, furniture, building, etc. • Effective execution of outdoor office tasks related to any operating department and fulfilling statutory requirements • Help and coordinate with the Event Committee on various employee events planned throughout the year Qualifications/Skills and Experience • B.Com/ any graduate • 2 – 3+ years of Administration experience • Well versed in Microsoft office
