• You would be reporting to the General Manager and other senior management. • This position will be responsible for Lead generation, Lead management and admissions processing. • The Lead Generation activities include Sourcing of Data, Handling Walk-ins, Tele enquiries, Email enquiries and all related activities. • Lead Management will include Coordinating for Marketing Campaign. Counseling Prospects. Generating Application Forms. Arranging the Interview Process. Sending Confirmation Letter. Coordinating for Admission & First Installment Fee Collection • Conducting events & assisting with various marketing activities, to undertake various marketing initiative as asked by management from time to time. • Coordinating with other departments and work on documentation of students joining formalities • Single point of interface for all students till conversion. • Resolve student grievances in consultation with the reporting manager. • Maintain confidentiality of data.
