Job description • Take sketches and initial architectural designs created by the Principal, Project Manager, or Supervisor and create hard-line drawings from them in Revit and AutoCAD. • Should have knowledge of Google sketch up, 3Ds Max, & Lumion, 3D Walkthrough will be an added advantage. • Create photorealistic renderings in Revit to express design ideas to project stakeholders. • Accurately measure and then draw existing field conditions in Revit and AutoCAD. • Assist in the creation of various materials for client presentations. • Assist in the completion of document packages as part of project milestone submissions. • Qualifications for this position include: • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architecture/Interior designing with 1-3 years' experience working in an Architectural office or related field. • Strong proficiency in Revit is a necessity, including the use of all 3D modeling tools and 2D annotation tools. • Applicants must be comfortable using Word and Excel. • Work location will be in Thondebhavi with Accommodation and Food provided by the company Note: Preferably we are looking BE and diploma architect designer only, Civil engineers not required
