Do you think you are good at building network and training teams, Then this is the right job for you, where you will be required to recruit Financial Consultant (Agents) and build a high performing distribution network & enable your team to sell life insurance policies. We are looking for enthusiastic professional like you, who are achievement oriented and willing to go extra mile to achieve target. This is a field job like any other sales job, which requires you to travel for your assigned geography, financial Consultant and customer’s location (as and when required). You will be evaluated mainly on your ability to build a strong distribution and sustainable network to meet your business targets (No. of active, successful Financial Consultants, distribution build up and overall premium targets). A successful team manager is required to be there to support the team all the time, you will be required to support your team of Financial Consultant on pre and post sales (claim settlement etc.) HDFC Life believes in technology driven sales and you will be trained to learn new technology/Mobility enhancements, you are expected to be compliant on Sales Management Process.
