Responsibilities: Call Monitoring II Call Auditing II QA • Auditing the required number of calls and giving accurate feedback • Provide data inputs to internal stakeholders • Collaborate with internal teams to identify gaps and areas for improvement opportunities - We're looking for experienced Quality Analyst for our team. - You should ideally have 1-4 years of relevant experience Your job responsibilities will include (but aren't limited to) : - Listening sales calls to ensure excellent customer service and effective product presentation - Monitor operators product knowledge, ability to handle objections and call closure - Uses a quality monitoring system to compile and track performance at team and individual level. - Prepare quality reports - Work on Continual process improvement therefore set new process in order to ensure customer satisfaction and internal smooth process - Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for the sales team - Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed - Perform PIP calibration sessions Desired Candidate Profile Candidate Requirements: - Minimum 1-4 years' experience Into QA Role - Voice - Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. - Effective listening and comprehension ability is must • Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports for management staff review
