Job description II Hindi & English Position: Tele-Collection Executives Company Name: Morning Star Business Consultants LLP Experience: 0-2yrs Qualification: 12th Pass Role Description: • Welcoming customers and educating them on the product and the EMI. • Educate the customer on the consequences of non-payment • Educating and convincing the customer for ECS & NACH ACCEPTANCE if not done • Giving customers detailed account directions • Handling inbound/outbound calls • Regular MIS and system updates • Candidate should be able to handle and manage customer queries • Shift – Day shift • Work location- Bangalore – Hennur Attributes we are looking for: • Minimum 6 months experience in tele-calling inbound or outbound with fluency in Hindi & English is compulsory. Also, fluency in regional languages such as Bengali, Marathi, Kannada. Malayalam, Tamil & Telugu would be an added advantage. • Computer literate Salary: 16K + Monthly Incentives Please note: All candidates would be on a mandatory probation period for 3 months & in case they fail to clear their background verification checks their employment will be terminated.
