Ensure the order, storage, preparation SOPs are strictly followed. Ensure preparation of ingredients for Senior chefs e.g. Washing, Peeling, Chopping, Grating etc. Ensure dish ingredients and portion sizes are measured accurately. Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen stations and equipment's required for the food preparation process Assist CDP/ DCDP to ensure each staff member in the assigned section is trained on the Kitchen equipment operation and maintenance. Responsible for arrangement of food in the storage and refrigerator to ensure minimal wastage of raw materials or food. Ensure the Unit Chef/ Unit Head are informed in time about the stock of ingredients required on the basis of current availability.
