We are looking for a talented and competitive customer support executive who is having good communication skills. You will play a fundamental role in client verification activities that helps the process of the sales team smooth, post-sales support to clients, and coordinating with channel partners ensuring a smooth quality experience to our clients. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, and the clients. URGENT OPENING Shift : US Shift Responsibilities: -Supporting sales team in the documentation process of customers -Tracking reports with the sales team and channel partners -Coordinating with channel partners and delivering excellent customer experience -Post-sales on-boarding activity management -Track, route, redirect, and coordinate problems to correct resources. -Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues -Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level -Follow up with customers, see problems through to resolution & collect feedback. -Ultimately, you will help establish the firm’s reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales processes.
