Responsibilities of candidate include: Customer Service Team Leader leads a customer service team that responds to answer customer phone calls, e-mail, or chat non-technical service requests from customers. · Responds to and resolves escalated issues and/or unique or complex requests from customers. · Being a Customer Service Team Leader monitors the daily workloads of team members and makes adjustments to ensure adequate coverage and that correct procedures are followed. · Identifies system and workflow improvements to enhance the team's efficiency. · Directs, administers, and controls the day-to-day operations and activities of facilities · and programs in an assigned area · Provides leadership, support, and guidance to facility management · Ensures compliance with established company and regulatory guidelines and procedures to provide high quality service and outstanding customer care · Participates in the implementation of divisional and company initiatives and strategies · Participates in the development of area strategic plans, goals, and objectives, ensuring alignment with those of the region, division, and company
