The single most important quality that is needed to do justice to this role is ‘Ownership’. Responsibilities: • Work on execution of digital marketing actions across all key channels - Search, Social, Email and SMS campaigns. • Analyze results and come up with insights on how to improve the efficacy of these campaigns. • Work with internal teams to execute high quality outreach campaigns. • Exposure to fine-tuning of customer value propositions including cataloging, content enhancements, pricing, promo creation and communication. • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. • Feed relevant information to the sales teams to ensure that the offline customers can also be targeted. Essential Requirements: • Any graduate, with good communication skills, and ability and intent to learn new things. • Great work ethic, with high levels of ownership on tasks assigned. • Being a start-up, a 9-6 work culture doesn't suit this role, and hence only people looking for high intensity, high learnability and quick growth roles may apply.
