Ltd Bangalore Job Description : We are looking for a highly coordinated E-Commerce Manager to oversee the development and utility of our company's income-generating site. You will be required to suggest new improvement measures to increase user engagement and online sales through E-commerce platforms. Responsibilities : · Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform · Oversee or directly manage digital marketing channels across SEA, SEO, Display, affiliates email marketing and social media. · Maintaining existing partnerships and identifying potential cooperation partners to increase our own e-commerce sales and brand awareness, including negotiating conditions. Accompaniment of online campaigns from the creation of the creative briefing, through the optimization, to the final campaign evaluation. · Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps. · Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments. · Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to devising strategies that harness sales-related insights, prevailing standards. · Coordination and ensuring product availability in cooperation with Supply Chain & Operations. Examining sales-related metrics to inform restocks. · Plan the seasonal sales campaigns, project management for the implementation of the planned actions and subsequent analysis and evaluation of the campaigns. · Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely. · Creating frameworks that transform our social media sites into highly profitable platforms. · Directing the activities of software developers, copywriters, and graphic designers to ensure careful adherence to predetermined strategies. · Analyzing traffic to inform website maintenance and the effectiveness of marketing strategies. · Reviewing copy and legal disclaimers to verify their accuracy. · Ensure smooth order fulfilment. Develop pricing strategies. · Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance. · Initiate market research Requirements and Qualification: · Degree in marketing, economics or a comparable degree. · Successfully completed studies in the field of eCommerce, marketing or business administration with a focus on marketing / sales or comparable. · At least 4 years of professional experience in e-commerce, online sales or online marketing - You are familiar with: unique users, CTR, leads, CPC, ROI, engagements etc. · Confident handling and knowledge of online marketing tools (Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, affiliate tools such as Awin, newsletter tool such as episerver) · Excellent skills with MS Office
