Global Immigration Engagement Management services are vital for our global growth plans and will ensure the success of our Immigration practice. The Global Engagement Management team is a network of professionals across the world who support our KPMG firms in their objectives of providing consistently exceptional services to our clients.

Global Immigration Engagement Management Consultant will support global immigration client engagement with a wide range of activities:

- The candidate should be fluent in German language
- Should be aware of the German work visa types (EU Blue card, ICT, Skilled worker visa, Permanent Visa) 
- Work on Inbound activities – Initiation, Application drafting, Submission, Making Payment,  follow-ups and Reporting.
- Work on client mailbox management and take forward emails/tasks
- Work on weekly and monthly client reports for data accuracy and completeness
- Draft timely follow-ups to onshore teams to meet SLA commitments
- Update applicant records in the immigration tracking system.
- Coordinate with the Assistant Manager to fulfill client requests and take the necessary actions.
- Identify and escalate potential risks to leadership.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining process documentation.
- Support AM and Manager on ad-hoc projects as needed.

Ensure High Quality of Process Delivery:  

- Demonstrate the awareness of KPMG's risk management policies and procedures and support engagement administration                                                
- Work with attention to detail to deliver results to agreed standards

Risk Management:

- Ability to recognize and raise potential matters of risk for the client and/or the firm to Line Manager for review and resolution in a timely manner.               
- Good awareness of firm's policies and ability to raise concerns to a more senior member of the team for resolution.     

Billing and Client Engagement Management:

- Ensure all time bookings are accurate and timely and achieve chargeable hours target.

Technology:

- Working on data cleansing exercise in immigration tools (if relevant as part of client transition)
- Work on expiry report and share with the AM when report is final and complete
- Work on WIP report and share with the AM when report is final and error free

Mandatory Skills in any two of the follow German visa types:

— EU Blue card
— ICT
— Skilled worker Visa
— Work visa 
— Permanent Visa

- The candidate should be fluent in German language
- Candidate must have 4-8 years of experience in immigration, Germany Inbound compliance or relevant experience with a recognized immigration service provider
- Undergraduate University degree preferred
- Good knowledge of immigration processes - Germany Inbound compliance
- Working experience within an Immigration setting 
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a high level of integrity and accuracy
- Basic level of organization and Drafting skills including ability to manage multiple GI clients and work under pressure.
- Strong professionalism and overall confidence 
- Highly efficient with technology/tools
- Process oriented
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Proficient communicator in written and spoken English  
- Ability to build relationships/ trust both with the internal teams and clients 
- Experience and ability to work with confidential material   
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
