The person's responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Requirement -Bachelor's degree -Prior sales experience of 1+ years of Retail Sales in the B2B e-commerce/Apparel industry will be preferred. -Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role -Should be prepared to travel across the city to develop a market -Only local or people or who have worked in given geography should apply -Good written, oral communication skills. Responsibility -Responsible for lead generation & acquisition of merchants like retailers, traders, wholesalers, manufacturers from various segments -Drive weekly/monthly targets: GMV (In INR), Number of New Buyer Onboarding, Number of Buyers per day, etc. drives sales across Apparels -Handle meetings and closures -Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance. -Build strong relationships with prospects through regular and systematic follow-up and contact programs. -Maintains record and tracking of all proposals in progress and timely follow-up to maximize conversions.
